Late Policy:  If you are late to your appointment, we still have to end your appointment at the scheduled time and the appointment cost will be the same.

Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, the deposit paid upon booking is forfeited, or 50% of the appointment cost must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

No-Shows:  If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your appointment cost must be paid in full (100%) before you can schedule another appointment.

Refunds: There are no refunds for any services performed or products purchased, no exceptions. If you have a concern or issue after a service, it is your responsibility to reach out to Culture Beauty Studio within 48 hours of your service.

No children or pets:  For safety reasons, children and pets will not be allowed at your appointment.
