Aja is a licensed esthetician that has been lashing since 2021. She specializes in lash lifts and natural looking lash extensions. Aja loves doing lashes because she thrives in a calm environment. She has a passion for helping women feel better about themselves. When she isn't doing lashes, you can find her at the gym or doing something adventurous (Aja is an adrenaline junkie!).
Staci has been doing lashes since 2021 and specializes in textured lashes. She loves the opportunity to connect with clients and to help them feel confident. She values the friendships she has made in the beauty industry alongside amazing mentors and clients who uplift and enrich her every day. When she isn't lashing, you can catch her spending time with her kids or enjoying nature.
A former school teacher with a master's degree in education, Lauren enrolled in esthetician school in 2014 to pursue her dream of being a lash artist. Combining her love of lashing and teaching, she started Culture in 2019 with the mission to provide the best lash products and education in the industry. When she isn't lashing, you can catch Lauren playing with her dog (and Culture's mascot!) Coco.
Natalie has been lashing since 2022. She specializes in textured lash extensions. Her perfectionistic character and passion for all things beauty resonates in each of her clients. In her free time, Natalie loves spending time with her kids and family, especially at her favorite Utah spot, Bear Lake.
Kinsley has been lashing since 2018. She is passionate about natural lash and building relationships with clients. Kinsley is newly married. When she is not lashing, she loves taking her baby (her dog) on walks and spending time in the gym.
We have the top talent in the lash and brow industry. Each of our stylists are licensed. highly trained, passionate and knowledgeable. We are blessed with the best and are honored to have each of them practice their craft at Culture!
Culture is the cutest place with the most amazing and talented lash artist! Kinsley and Staci are the absolute best! The owner Lauren is so sweet! Everyone is so welcoming! Not only is the environment relaxing but the lashes are beautiful and I get amazing retention! 12/10 recommend getting your lashes done here!!

It was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated and tinted and also a teeth whitening session. Staci gave me the eyebrows of my dreams! I absolutely love how my eyebrows and teeth look! Culture Beauty Studio is not just a positive culture, it is a loving, welcoming family! They are all so professional, friendly and supportive, you will feel like you’ve joined a cult but in all the best ways. Most people don’t know I have lash extensions because they are so natural. I just look like I’m having a perfect lash day everyday! With aging, it’s hard to find balance between too little or too much makeup, especially with your eyes. No more eye makeup for me, thanks to my lash artist, Staci! The only regret I have is that I didn’t start sooner.
