Lauren Lavulo

owner & lash stylist

A former school teacher with a master's degree in education, Lauren enrolled in esthetician school in 2014 to pursue her dream of being a lash artist.  Combining her love of lashing and teaching, she started Culture in 2019 with the mission to provide the best lash products and education in the industry. When she isn't lashing, you can catch Lauren at the Pilates studio or at the park playing with her dog (and Culture's mascot!) Coco.

McKayla Baird

McKayla is a master esthetician that has been lashing since 2020. She specializes in volume and colored lash extensions.  She has two dogs with her husband Cody.  When she's not working, you can find her with her family or outdoors camping and fishing. She loves to meet new people and enjoys deep conversations.

Staci Green

Staci has been doing lashes since 2021 and specializes in textured lashes. She loves the opportunity to connect with clients and to help them feel confident. She values the friendships she has made in the beauty industry alongside amazing mentors and clients who uplift and enrich her every day. When she isn't lashing, you can catch her spending time with her kids or enjoying nature.

Aja is a licensed esthetician that has been lashing since 2021.  She specializes in lash lifts and natural looking lash extensions.  Aja loves doing lashes because she thrives in a calm environment. She has a passion for helping women feel better about themselves.  When she isn't doing lashes, you can find her at the gym or doing something adventurous (Aja is an adrenaline junkie!).

Natalie Smith

Natalie has been lashing since 2022.  She specializes in textured lash extensions.  Her perfectionistic character and passion for all things beauty resonates in each of her clients. In her free time, Natalie loves spending time with her kids and family, especially at her favorite Utah spot, Bear Lake.

Kinsley Freestone

Kinsley has been lashing since 2018.  She is passionate about natural lash and building relationships with clients.  Kinsley is newly engaged. When she is not lashing, she loves taking her baby (her dog) on walks and spending time in the gym.
